At Luxe Shape, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in their original packaging

• Have all tags attached

• Be in resalable condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the item to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Worn shapewear

• Washed items

• Items without original packaging

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
